If you're interested in P2P software and copyright, there's an interesting article on Wired about what they're calling "The Bit-Torrent Effect". I'm on a bit of a theme here with my dead on arrival article on Gauntlet.ca, and I found the Wired article interesting. They're a bit dated though. A lot of big Bit-Torrent indexing sites went down on the 19th, and this being only a January article, they don't mention that.
